Hazing continues to be one of the most serious safety and wellness challenges on America’s college campuses, despite the efforts of many schools to get it under control. To start to address this crisis, the United States Congress unanimously passed the Stop Campus Hazing Act (SCHA). This rare showing of bipartisanship emphasizes the level of concern about hazing among policymakers and other stakeholders.
This session will focus on the basic requirements of these important amendments to the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act.
