Former executive director of both the Clery Center and ZeroNow, two-term elected school board director, and former executive a national law firm, he has advised institutions on risk mitigation, internal audits, program improvement plans, and U.S. Department of Education Clery Act program reviews, including service as an independent federal monitor. He was recognized in the 2008 Congressional Record as a “valuable leader in campus safety” and brings the policy, compliance, and institutional-defense perspective necessary to help institutions present a defensible record, demonstrate good-faith compliance, and protect their position under regulatory scrutiny or external review.
