Why Attend
University of California’s annual systemwide Clery Act training hosted by the Office of Ethics, Compliance and Audit Services, facilitated by CriticalArc.
The 2026 UC Clery Officer Workshop is a one-day, virtual, application-focused training designed for experienced Clery practitioners across the University of California system.
The workshop will focus on applying regulatory requirements to recurring operational and judgment-based challenges, including timely warnings and emergency notifications, daily crime logs, crime classification and counting, VAWA requirements, hazing, CSA administration, and Annual Security Report development and publication.
The session will emphasize realistic scenarios, guided analysis, polls, discussion, participant Q&A, and practical tools to help Clery Officers make consistent, well-reasoned, and defensible compliance decisions, particularly when facts or regulatory guidance are incomplete or ambiguous.
