New kit funding for Leicester’s Wigston Willow Panthers under 9s
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, 2nd August 2023 – The Wigston Willow Panthers under 9s football team has received a welcome boost, with sponsorship from CriticalArc funding new kit, jackets, and water bottles.
The Panthers are part of the Leicester-based grassroots Wigtston Willows Football Club, which provides playing opportunities for boys and girls of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, and is encouraging greater open-age level participation too.
By stepping in with funding for the under-9s team, CriticalArc is supporting the club’s ten-year plan to increase sports participation opportunities for players all ages, says volunteer manager Laurence Perkins, who is head of security at the University of Leicester.
“I am incredibly grateful to CriticalArc for their kind sponsorship and support. Having this new kit has given the team an amazing boost. The team has been together since they were five-years old, and we pride ourselves in our values, winning gracefully and being respectful in defeat.”
