Dress
Throughout the conference we ask all delegates to dress in business smart wear. For those of you joining us for the networking drinks on the 30th, this is an informal evening, therefore please feel free to dress casually. For the Gala dinner, we have opted not to ask attendees to come in formal black tie and gown, instead ask for attendees to dress in business attire for a more relaxed evening.

The A1(M) passes through Newcastle upon Tyne linking the area to London, the South, Scotland and major routes across the country. The A69 links west to Carlisle, the Lake District and, via the M6, to the South and West of England.

For those of you who are arriving in Newcastle on the evening of 30th November, we will holding a ‘Welcome Drinks’ event in The Boiler House, Newcastle University NE1 7RU . The Gala Dinner will be held in the Grand Hall of Northumbria University Newcastle. Reception drinks will be at 18:00, followed by dinner at 19:00. The evening will be a stress free networking opportunity for attendees to socialise with your peers and build networks within the SafeZone community.

We will be enjoying a three course set menu meal with wine. All special dietary requirements will have been catered for, but please contact us should you have any concerns. We will also be providing a free bar during the duration of the evening.
